You must be at least 16 years old to use GetPawa. By using the Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

2. Accounts and Security

• You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized account use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or misleading content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, logos, and code are owned by The Palace, Inc.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.
• You retain ownership of any content you upload but grant us a limited license to use it for operating the Services.

5. Privacy

Your use of GetPawa is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable Services, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

GetPawa is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties about accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use the Services at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Palace, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of GetPawa. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. You may stop using GetPawa at any time by closing your account.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in our Services or laws. Significant changes will be notified via email or on the website. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Kigali, Rwanda.
